Salt is a rustic cafe in the Whangarei CBD. It is near a lot of other businesses and is a great hot spot for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Their coffee is AllPress and is quite nice. The atmosphere is a vibe. Love it here!

Absolutely amazing people!! They are all so lovely and friendly. The food is absolutely delicious. Even went the extra effort to cut our 2 shared dishes in two! Highly recommended!!

Maata you are awesome! PANCAKES! freshly made She made me pancakes and they were perfect , the sweetness and buttery taste omg just amazing! And the banana on top tasted so good I didn’t even have to use my maple syrup I was craving pancakes , I went in and was greeted straight away , told the lady’s “I’m wanting pancakes” and even though they didn’t have it on the menu Maata didn’t hesitate to make them for me , she says “I can make pancakes” it’s so hard to find pancakes freshly made here in Whangarei , I have now found my spot for freshly made pancakes ⭐ Thank you!
